Gill who is based in London. |
Experience
Suzie Gill is an experienced Human Resources Professional
with a HR management background gained in the public, community/voluntary
and private sectors. She has broad generalist HR management
experience gained in both small and medium sized companies (up
to 500 staff) in London, and has developed specific expertise
in working with small companies with no existing HR function.
In addition Suzie works as an assessor and tutor on the Certificate
in Personnel Practice/Training Practice courses (CIPD
accredited) at the National College of Ireland in Dublin. |

Prior to her HR career, her background has been in the hospitality/service industry.

Qualifications
and Training
Suzie Gill (BA, MCIPD) is a Chartered Member of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development which means she
has achieved the relevant professional standards through
qualifications and work experience at management
level. She
also holds a BA in Hospitality Management and Postgraduate
Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Some of the key areas in Suzie’s training include; employment law, management
and leadership, policy development, management of stress/sickness, coaching,
managing teams, managing difficult situations, job evaluation, dealing with bullying/harassment,
effective appraisals, fairly disciplining and dismissing, recruitment and selection,
NLP and counselling. |
